'Indulekha' Brand Launched by Mosons
2009: The sensational personal care brand 'Indulekha' was initially launched in the Kerala market with a well-developed distribution system and retail network. Over time, the brand expanded its presence to major states and cities across India.

Established 'Firewood Creatives' Branding Company
2011: Mosons Group established Firewood Creatives, a dedicated branding company headquartered in Kochi and Mumbai. With an in-house team comprising National creative directors, art directors, and artists, it caters to all branding-related needs for Mosons Group brands.

Mosons Introduced the Food Brand 'Beevi's'.
2013: Mosons Group ventured into the Food Brand Industry with Beevi's, known for its authentic Malabar cuisine. Beevi's Mussels pickles garnered significant attention in the segment. Presently, Beevi's Foods stands as the fastest-growing brand offering wholesale Biryani rice variants in Kerala.

The Indulekha Acquisition
2015: International corporate giant Hindustan Unilever (HUL) acquired the Indulekha brand from Mosons Group in what is considered one of the largest business acquisition deals in India. Following the acquisition, HUL and Mosons Group collaborated to propel Indulekha into becoming the country's best-selling personal care brand.
2016
Research and Development on Footwear Manufacturing.
2016: After the acquisition of Indulekha, Mosons Group embarked on a journey of research and development to create a new footwear brand tailored for the Indian market. Extensive studies and research were undertaken by the management to uncover the scope and potential of introducing a premium footwear brand in India.
2017-18
Established 'The Institute of Applied Biomechanics'.
2017-18: Based on the insights gleaned from the research, Mosons Group established a specialized division for footwear development and production known as the 'Institute of Applied Biomechanics.' This initiative involved comprehensive training programs conducted by industry experts to skillfully prepare a substantial local workforce.

2019: After three years of rigorous research, studies, extensive training, significant infrastructure acquisitions, manu- facturing facility setups, and meticulous brand planning, Mosons Group proudly introduced Happenstance to the Indian market. With a workforce exceeding 500 individuals, the production of Happenstance's technology-infused footwear commenced at Mosons' factory in Palayad. Mosons Group enlisted Miss Universe Sushmita Sen, along with Bollywood stars Rajkummar Rao and Radhika Apte, to serve as the brand ambassadors for Happenstance.
